THANK YOU FOR A GREAT 2023!

WISHING YOU A MERYY CHRISTMAS!

Well, it’s been another busy and exciting year. From becoming a fully fledged member of the Manchester Academy of Fine Arts, exhibiting at the Royal Academy of Arts, London and being on the cover/featured in the Contemporary Collage Magazine, I am grateful for every opportunity to share my work in 2023.

I would like to thank everyone for their continued support here and at Elephantstones Gallery, it really means the world!

A special thanks to:
John Hewitt - @w_john_hewitt
Kath Lowe - @klowe23
Kat Evans - @kat_evans_artist who runs @thenewartrebellion & @theinternationalcollageguild

for all their support in 2023. And of course my family!

An extra special thank you must go to Aga - @_agazart_ for her kindness and generosity. Aga’s work is a constant source of inspiration alongside the hard work she puts in to running @polaroidscollageclub. Thank you for providing a platform for collage artists.

I am now clocking off for Christmas and the Eve Illustration Print Shop is closed until the new year. Have a magical holiday and wishing you a happy 2024.

Please note: You can still order from the Eve Illustration Print Shop, but orders will not ship until I return to work on the 8th January 2024.

SELECTED TO BECOME AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE MANCHESTER ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS

I am thrilled and honoured to have been selected to become an associate member of the Manchester Academy of Fine Arts! I can now also add AMAFA to my name - Eve Lumai Bridges BA MA AMAFA :) How fancy!

Back in 2017, I was awarded the MAFA Graduate award for my degree show at Manchester School of Art which made me a graduate member of the academy for three years. It was brilliant experience being invited to exhibit with the academy in their annual exhibitions. I decided to apply to become an official member after my graduate membership came to an end and I am very grateful to be able to continue to be a part of this brilliant artists community.

Huge thank you to the council that selected me. I can’t wait to see what comes next! You can read more about the academy below or visit their website - www.mafa.org.uk
